A Month Late on the Update
OK, so we moved in with that ceiling issue, which was discussed a few posts ago...so, this is the view we moved into, and a few pics of the plastic covering the day after we moved in (Friday, until Monday when it was all cleaned up...sort of, we still had to clean some of it ourselves...they didn't do a very good job).

This was such a pain, we had to move so much so fast!
Here is a bit of the unloading process we accomplished. That first day we had our couches delivered, Cable TV/Internet was installed (we've since switched to DSL and satellite, more channels, faster internet, all for nearly the same price).

We got everything moved in about 4 or 5 truckloads...the 2nd through 5th were pretty empty, without stacking anything...

We enjoy sitting on the front porch as did the vising family when they were here. Also note Jessice sitting near Summer, catching her breath. This is the last time we are moving for QUITE A LONG TIME!
Three last pics...another resting photo and one of the kids' playroom pretty much all completed after being here a few weeks.
Summer got tired running around the large place!

And so far she seems to LOVE her playroom! Hopefully she shares nicely with Jackson.

This last photo was taken on August 25th...a fairly nice/OK day, and then it HAILED like crazy...Jess said it was icy everywhere and looked like snow...so she ran out and took this picture.

It was over in less than an hour, but the hail stuck on the ground (in some locations, in the shadows) until the next day. Pretty crazy...we sure do get a LOT OF WEATHER here!
OK, that's about it, for now...I think we'll only have one more post showing more of what the place looks like now. They have started the front yard...no grass, but they have in the cedar chips and some plants. We're planning on getting a fence quote early this week, so hopefully we can get that done. We have to still write up a list of items for our warrantee, things like fixing the paint on the edges of the ceiling where they did the repair, making the cement addition on the front porch look nice and a few broken/missing light fixtures and a few carpet/hardware things...not too bad overall, I suppose...but more nuisances, none the less.
