OK, at work, so can't write much, need to get to work...but need to post these...

This is the pan which didn't have the drain...hate to say it...but, IDIOTS!!! The Installers and the non-inspecting JLH crew...


So, that's the beginning of the entire process.

We'll keep taking pics, since we'll be there/moving in, and seeing what is going on. But, we do want to say thanks to Mike and Mark, they are really trying their best to make this right and do it fast... Thanks guys! Keep up the good work! They've been calling, letting us know what's up and not giving us BS answers, they're just working hard to do their best to make us less unhappy. They'd like to make us happy, but that isn't possible... We'll be OK...it is looking like they may be entirely done, with cleaning and everything by Tuesday...at least that's my idea...Mike says Monday, but I give a day to bring in cleaners, etc. We'll see. We'll keep you all posted.
